*Observance of Anti-Malaria Month*

June has been designated as Anti Malaria Month in lieu to this a drawing competition and an awareness programme was conducted in the HEMA Campus on June 25, 2024 to create awareness against malaria amongst the students by Regional Office of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, Bhopal. 

The Regional Director Dr. Chandrasekar M Gedam briefed the students about the various causes of malaria, symptoms  and its methods of prevention. Visual aids were used to understand the life cycle of mosquitoes & their role in spreading malaria. Lrvivora fish, which are known to consume mosquito larvae, were shown as a biological control method to reduce mosquito population.

Students from Classes VI to VIII  enthusiastically participated in the drawing competition showcasing their creativity. The winners are:
