You are requested to submit the Online Receipt and an amount of Rs. 300/- by cash towards registration fees at the school office with the following documents and credentials:

Documents Required:

1. Latest Passport size photo of the candidate
2. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION
3. Copy of Caste Certificate for ST/SC/OBC Candidates
4. Copy of Aadhar Card and SSSM ID
5. Copy of Previous School Marksheet
6. Copy of Income Certificate
7. Copy of Passbook/Latest Bank Statement
   (Kindly bring originals of all documents for verification)

Note:- Failing to submit the Online Registration Receipt in the school office will be subjected to the cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission

Kindly Note:

1. Submission of registration/admission form is not an assurance/security of admission.
2. The selection of the student will be done as per the information furnished in the online registration form and based on the availability of seats.
3. The registration ceases at any stage of admission if dissatisfied by the management without assigning any reason.
4. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification. Furnishing wrong information will lead to cancellation of registration and will not be considered for admission.
5. The school reserves the right for selection of students, as per the information furnished in the application form.
6. Terminate Certificate (TC) should be submitted within one month of admission.
