With this very thought in mind HEMA School celebrated Kerala Piravi and Madhya Pradesh foundation Day with great zeal and enthusiasm Kerala Piravi often referred to as Kerala Day is celebrated to commemorate the birth of Kerala as an independent state, in the Republic of India on November 1st 1956, as this day also marks the formation of our own state Madhya Pradesh.
M. P. and the state of Kerala are renowned throughout the world for its culture and heritage which can be seen, as thousands of foreigners visit these states to enjoy the beauty and richness of the aura around.
The celebration started off with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Mr. Philip Panicker, President, Mr. Kishore Pillai, Secretary, Ms. P. S. Pratibha, Joint Secretary HEMA Education society, Ms. Poonam Sharma, Principal, Ms. Pamela Abraham, Vice-Principal, Ms. Peyali Sinha, Headmistress, Ms. Geetha Suresh, School-Co-ordinator followed by prayer song to seek the divine blessings.
The school choir sang the Madhya Pradesh Anthem depicting the glory of Madhya Pradesh.
Kerala is also named as one of the ten paradises of the world for its demography, beautiful back water and tourist destinations and the state of Madhya Pradesh often called the heart of India is renowned for its exotic temples, prehistoric monuments and sculptures.
Various dances were performed signifying the treasure box of beauty, richness and cultural wealth of Madhya Pradesh and Kerala.
On this occasion the Management and Admins awarded the talented students with certificates who show cased their skill in various competitions held in the school. The members of All India Malayalee association came upon to grace the occasion and teachers took pledge to preserve the culture and tradition of Kerala and the language Malayalam.
