"One of the best gifts we can give future generations are trees” with this adage in mind Kindergarten kids of HEMA Higher Secondary School celebrated PLANTATION DAY on Friday(5.7.2024)
“Plant a tree for better tomorrow” In order to inculcate the importance of tree plantation, the little wonders of kindergarten were motivated to sow seeds, they dug their hands into the mellow soil with the help of their teachers and the gardener uncle.
Sowing activity was conducted with coriander and Fenugreek seeds to make them understand the process of germination, how plants grow from the seeds.
Bubbling with enthusiasm in their astonishing green dresses the little ones created a pleasant, harmonious and refreshing aura.
Students bought green salad and sprouts to spread the freshness of greenary around us.
In class room activities students made trees using hand print, leaf impression and drawing activities.
The shades of green filled the air with energy , thrill , ecstasy and bliss. It was indeed an invigorating , reviving and rejuvenating experience.
