TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION AT HEMA

“Not everyone has the patience of a saint, a heart of gold and dedication without end but it is the teacher who nourishes the souls of the students for a life time. As a token of reverence and respect to these noble souls on September 5, 2023 HEMA Higher Secondary School organized a grand Teachers Day Programme to mark the birthday of Dr. Sarvapalli Radha Krishnan, former President of India great scholar and a teacher himself. The programme started off with the lighting of lamp followed by welcome song. 

 A fun-filled cultural programme was organized by the students consisting of  Songs by the choir group,Instrumental presentation o of all time favourite songs and danced over  the modern popular tunes;  some interesting games were also arranged for the teachers by the students  The  programme came to an end  with a grand finale. 

The Principal, Madam Poonam Sharma addressed the staff and students and expressed her views about the importance of teachers in the lives of students and the crucial role they play.

As a token of their dedicated service to the school , some senior teachers were felicitated by Helpage India on this occasion.

The newly appointed Council  did a commendable job by taking   charge of the discipline of the school.

The President  Mr. Philip Panicker and the Secretary Mr. Kishore Pillai addressed the Staff and Presented token of appreciation to all the  teachers and staff. Teachers enjoyed 'CHAT PARTY'. The day came to an end by watching a movie in the theatre.
