TEACHERS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME AT HEMA SCHOOL
It is rightly said that “The most valuable resource that all teachers have, is each other, without collaboration, their growth is limited to their own perspective, of all the jobs around, one of the hardest is being a good teacher.”
HEMA Higher Secondary School organized a Teacher Orientation Programme on the topic “Effective Techniques of Classroom Management”by Mr. Asif Azhar on Saturday 17.06.2023.
The program started with the lighting of lamp. Mr. Asif Azhar was welcomed by the Principal Ms. Poonam Sharma by presenting a sampling as token of love. Ms. Sonal Man Nathan welcomed the gathering. The programme began with an ice breaking activity.
Mr. Asif Azhar emphasized on classroom management and ways and techniques to create a high performing learning environment for holistic integrated and enjoyable learning. The teachers were enlightened not only about the issues faced by the students and teachers but also about the Classroom Management, Self Introspection, VARK Model, Multiple Intelligence.
Bloom’s Taxonomy Application for classification of different levels of learning objective. The 3’cs of Classroom Management embarked a compatible relationship between students and teachers. The different strategies of classroom management and the activities organized for the teachers made the session very lively and enriching.
